Overhand serving is one of THE MOST IMPORTANT skills in volleyball. Athletes preparing to try out for middle school and/or club volleyball need a consistent overhand serve. Our ‘Find Your Serve’ program has trained staff coaches that will be working with athletes on proper mechanics of serving.  Each 1-hour session will include individual attention from our instructors and athletes will be serving a lot of balls to find their serve and consistency.

Junior/Spike Frog (Grades 2-6*)
This group will be using the volley-lite volleyball for serving

Boss Frog (Grades *6-9)
This group will be using the regulation volleyball for serving

*If your athlete is in 6th grade, you may choose EITHER program.  First-time athletes and beginner servers should choose the "Spike Frog" program as it will use the lighter volleyball which is easier to serve over the net.  If your athlete can already serve over the net with a Volley-Lite, you may choose to sign up for "Boss Frog" with the regulation volleyball used in both Middle School and High School.
