Pollywog Volleyball
A first step into movement, play, and team activity
For many children, Pollywog Volleyball is their very first introduction to team sports. This program is designed for boys and girls ages 4 to 5 to become comfortable moving on the court, exploring how their bodies move, and building early coordination skills in a fun, encouraging environment.
The focus is on motor learning, body awareness, and playful movement activities that help young athletes gain confidence while staying active. Players use very light balls and participate in simple, age-appropriate activities designed to make learning feel exciting and approachable.
Sessions are led by trained high school athletes under the supervision of Spike Frog program administrators.
